We are less than 1 mile away from Texas State University! We are also on the TXST shuttle service for an easy commute to campus!
How does an installment lease work?
Our lease term is approximately 11.5 months coinciding with the university's academic calendar and the total rent for the year is based on that period of occupancy. For your convenience, the total balance of the lease is divided into 12 equal installments due on the first of each month. These installments do not represently a monthly rent amount and are not prorated.
What is the advantage of an individual lease?
An individual lease provides you with your own seperate lease agreement and responsbility for only your lease obligations. By signing an individual lease, you and your guarantor avoid the hassle of being responsible if a roommate doesn't pay their rent.
What is included in the rent?
Our rental installments include parking, access to all of our ameneties, and valet trash.
Do I need renter’s insurance?
Cardinal Group Management requires $100,000 in liability i nsurance coverage for each resident. While residents are free to select any insurance vendor for coverage, their lease will automatically opt them into the Cardinal Protect liability policy at $14.00 per month, until a proof of insurance is approved by our office.
How can I find or connect with roommates?
If you are looking for roommates, we offer a unique roommate matching service. We aim to pair students with similiar interests using our perceptive roommate-matching questiionairre that is a part of each rental application. The goal is always to blend similiar lifestyles and preferences and create fulfilling friendships among residents.
Are we pet friendly?
Here at VOT, we love our furry friends! We charge a $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Please contact our office for more information regarding our pet policy. All pets must be approved by management before being onsite.
When are the ameneties open?
Our gym and study areas are open 24/7 for all of your fitness and study needs! The pool closes at 10:00 PM.
Are we a gated community?
The Village on Telluride is a gated community and we also provide controlled access to all of our apartment homes and amenities spaces.
Do we have emergency after hours maintenance?
Our maintenance team is available to all of our residents during normal business hours for all of your maintenance needs. They are also available after hours for emergency maintenance situations.
